We are looking for a Revenue Growth Manager who will work on new projects, improve our process and leave a mark on the future!



How do we portray the ideal candidate?



  • Graduated from relevant engineering or business departments of universities,
  • Minimum 10-12 year-experience in revenue management insights, analytics or revenue management strategy teams.
  • Ability to monitor industry trends and competitor activities to s new revenue opportunities.
  • Abiliyt to analyze detailed data and building meaningful insights out of them
  • Ability to Strong analytical skills, able to synthesize and integrate learning from multiple sources and see the connections in data, trends, events generate insights.
  • Ability to convert complexity into simplicity, emphasizing the broad picture and picking out key detail
  • Ability to present to senior management
  • High level of proficiency in data analysis and visualization using various tools and techniques,
  • Excellent communication skills both in English & Turkish



What will you be doing as a Revenue Growth Manager at Adel?



As a Revenue Growth Manager, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth for the company by developing and implementing strategies to increase sales, expand market share, and maximize profitability. You will be responsible for managing the revenue growth process from strategy development to execution, and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and ensure success. The Revenue Growth Manager will also be responsible for developing and expanding product categories to drive revenue growth. This role working closely with all commercial function’s teams.


  • Develop and execute revenue growth strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Identify market opportunities and trends to drive sales growth and increase market share.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including category, sales, sales operation, finance, supply, to implement revenue growth initiatives.
  • Analyze sales data and performance metrics to track progress against revenue targets and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop pricing strategies, promotions, and product offerings to drive revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners to enhance revenue opportunities.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the competition and identify new revenue opportunities.
  • Present regular reports and updates on revenue performance to senior management.
  • Conducting market research to identify gaps and opportunities in product categories.
  • Collaborating with product development teams to create and launch new products.
  • Developing marketing and promotional strategies to drive sales of new product categories.
  • Monitoring and analyzing sales data to track the performance of product categories.
  • Optimizing product assortments and pricing strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.
