GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

AID Assistance is a pioneering medical assistance company founded on organizing and providing medical assistance to ship passengers and personnel of the maritime industry. For over 20 years, AID Assistance has been providing outstanding service to Cruise ships, Cargo ships, Mega yachts, Ro-Ro ships, insurance companies and tourists in need of medical services in Turkey. Services also include ground/sea/air ambulances, medical evacuation, and escort doctor assistance Worldwide. Our headquarter office is in Batı-Ataşehir, İstanbul.

 

GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS:

*Advanced English reading-writing-speaking-listening skills.
*Preferably fluent in Russian or Ukrainian in addition to English.
*Preferably a valid B class driver’s license holder.
*Ability to work in a team environment
*Problem-solving skills and ability to work in a dynamic manner
*Good communication skills and presentable appearance.
*Preferably familiar with Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word etc.)

 

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Our new team member will be taking an active role in the office and in the field as an Assistant Coordinator (Assistant Specialist). They will take action in organizing and following-up medical services provided to our customers. Fluent English is a must. Responding to incoming requests from customers at seaports around Turkey and organizing the closest medical facility in accordance with the requests. Medical documents and information are mainly provided in English. Experience in the industry is a plus although our new team member will receive the necessary orientation and training that they will need.

*Patient coordination
*Healthcare provider coordination
*Maintaining supplier and B2B relations.
*Communicating between Hospital-Patient-Customer
*Supervising the organization in the field when necessary
*Translating written documents when necessary

Bachelor’s(Student), Bachelor’s(Graduate), Master’s(Graduate), Master’s(Student)
English(Reading : Advanced, Writing : Advanced, Speaking : Advanced)
