• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related disciplines from reputable universities.
• Advanced level of English language. German is a plus.
• Advanced level of SAP & MES & WMS.
• Analytical and business oriented mindset.
• Ability to manage through complexity to identify solutions and deliver results.

Job Summary:

• Lead ERP/MES business development projects in collaboration with Senior Leadership, Engineers and consultants.
• Define program roadmaps and align initiatives and work list across teams.
• Define objectives and key results and get priorities aligned with partners.
• Proactively manage program risks and issues and drive mitigations
• Process mapping, analysis and modelling to optimize existing and upcoming processes.
• Build, Test and Deploy the ERP/MES solutions and ensure it works seamlessly.
• Provide guidance, expertise, and/or assistance to departments to ensure programs and projects are implemented and maintained effectively.
• Design new processes, training documents to be represented to the end users.
• Continue to learn and develop your technical and business expertise.
