After Sales Support Engineer

PAGETEL specializes in the design, manufacture and integration of Military Shelter and telecommunication systems. We are looking for an After Sales Support Engineer with the following qualifications within engineering for our growing team.

 RESPONSIBILITIES:

• To analyze / meet after sales support requirements in military programs,

• Preparing and managing the after-sales support plan,

• Preparing product technical documentation

• Preparing product training documents and providing training

• After sales support analyzes (Reliability, Maintainability, Usability, LDA, MTA, LORA, etc.)  and giving feedback to design teams

• Support analyzes (Reliability, Maintainability, Usability, LSA, MTA, LORA, etc.) and giving feedback to design teams

• Making spare parts calculations

• Carrying out NSN activities

• Carrying out post-delivery product support activities

• Making spare parts calculations

 REQUIREMENTS

•Educational background, preferably in the fields of electrical, electronics, Communication Engineering

•Excellent command of written and spoken English

•Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills

•Excellent written and verbal communication skills

•Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.

•Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office

•Eligible for live/willing to live in Izmir

•Military equipment maintenance/repair experience is preferred

•At least 2 years of experience in Integrated Logistics activities
