Chartering & Operations Executive

Job Description;

• Establish good -relationships with clients, carriers, brokers, agencies, key ship service providers and charterers in the dry cargo shipping industry.
• Fixing vessel basis voyage or time charter and carry out post fixture issues
• Recording postfixture issues regularly
• Reporting current freight market regularly to management stuff
• Working in coordination with trade execution department
• Preparing invoices/follow payments
• Working in coordination with Finance department and Accounting department 
• Tracing fixture of own vessels with our commercial manager
• Prepairing voyage estimation, voyage performance.
• Cheking /prepairing ship cost/revenue tables
• Prepairing laytime calculation
• Communicat with
• Tracing of claims

Requirements;

• Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in maritime or logistics-related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the maritime sector, knowledgeable in vessel chartering and freight management.
• Strategic thinker with decision-making, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and customer relationship management skills.
• Team player, able to work under pressure, and adaptable to flexible working hours.
• Proficient in English, preferably proficient in a second language.
