Under the general direction of the Technology Chief, the Supervisory Information Management Specialist, coordinates, and supervises professional, technical, and analytical staff whose duties are associated with desktop support services, application development, and enterprise projects. The responsibilities include overseeing network, managing projects, improving operational services, and elevating customer experience throughout the Mission. The employee is involved in the planning and coordinating of all IT projects and assumes additional operational support to Embassy Ankara and Consulate in Adana.
