QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Akzo Nobel Boya San. ve Tic. A.Ş.  is searching "Business Development Leader, Marketing" who will be holding responsibility within Sales Department.

(The position is based in Gaziemir - İZMİR)

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  •          Graduation in reputable universities, major in marketing is an asset
  •          Minimum 3 years of marketing experience preferably in coatings or chemical industry
  •          Excellent command of English both oral and written
  •          Strong presentation, communication skills and creativity
  •          Preferred experience in CRM and digital marketing
  •          No obligation for travel
  •          Driving license, active driver
  •          MS Applications

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  •              Adapting/Aligning country with Business Unit marketing strategy 
  •              Identifying the needs and market opportunities through regular field visits and                                   digital lead management
  •             Supporting market segment sales managers, local sales teams and distributors
  •             Training management for sales team and customers
  •             Developing marketing tools and supporting adoption of tools like CRM, Marketo
  •             New product marketing presentation and launch organization (translations and                                 new creations for the country)
  •             Informing and directing customers on new technologies in powder coatings
  •             Follow up of domestic and international fairs and representation of the company
  •             Preparing of sales and marketing reports

More than 3 years of experience
Bachelor’s(Graduate), Master’s(Graduate)
