General Qualifications

• Have a bachelor's degree in Agricultural Engineering.
• Having 10+ years of experience in working with growers.
• Preferred age range- 40-45 years.
• Nigde, Karaman or Isparta, Turkiye. Willing to travel as per requirement.
• Being experienced in the field of apple cultivation and following the trends in the sector.
• Being able to drive actively.
• Being proficient in MS Office programs and being able to use the necessary tools to prepare sales reports and presentations, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Will be able to adapt to field working conditions.
  

Job Description

Sourcing Apples:

• Identify and engage with local farmers to source high-quality apples.
• Monitor and evaluate the quality of produce to meet company standards.

Packhouse Coordination:

• Identify suitable packhouses for packing and storing the sourced fruits.
• Engage with packhouse management to ensure compliance with packaging standards and timelines.
• Oversee the packing process to ensure fruits are packed correctly and efficiently.

Shipping and Logistics:

• Ensure the shipping of packed fruits to other overseas markets.
• Work with logistics partners to ensure timely and cost-effective transportation.
• Oversee and manage export documentation and ensure compliance with international shipping regulations.
