BBN Airlines received the Air Operator Certificate from the Turkish DGCA in March 2023, along with the launch of four A321, and later on an A320 passenger aircraft in high-density passenger configuration, as well as an A321 P2F to commence the cargo operations. We are looking for a "MCC  Engineer"who will work at the Headquarter of BBN Airlines.

Job Description:

1. Acting as primary point of contact in the Technical Department for all SHY/Part-145 contracted maintenance organizations for all daily technical questions and discrepancies.
2. Perform short term planning and coordination for work orders issued by planners or engineers.
3. Planning of tools, parts and materials required in order to perform scheduled work orders with the contracted MROs.
4. Monitor status of all open work orders and make sure they are performed in a timely manner.
5. Check of accomplished work orders including verification for proper filling, sign off and final CRS.
6. Control and monitoring of daily and weekly checks validity and parking/storage necessities.
7. Ensuring that all repairs and modifications are embodied in accordance with approved standards.
8. Daily receipt of HIL/DIL and data insertion into the “Wings” computer program.
9. For any MEL escalation that may exceed the MEL time limits, initiate and prepare information for the Compliance Monitoring & Safety Department.
10. Daily update, control, monitor and distribution of aircrafts deferred defects.
11. Control of all maintenance actions taken, including defect and damage rectification.
12. Communication with maintenance organizations regarding maintenance activities and technical delays.
13. Defects review and evaluation of repetitive defects/MEL items.
14. Control of the release to service documentation, after the maintenance.
15. Handling of AOG events, arrangement for AOG support services as necessary.
16. Liaise with Operations Control Center and Crewing on technical delays and flight changes.
17. Daily Meeting attendance as a leader and distribution of Daily Meeting protocol.
18. Provide inputs to improve reliability of aircraft/systems based on defect reviews.

Requirements:

• Having SHY-66  licence for aircraft maintenance with more then 5 years experience in aviation, especially in the line and/or base maintenance of 145 approved maintenance orginisations  or Bachelor’s degree in Aeronautical Engineering, Astronautical Engineering , Mechanical Enginering with more then 5 years experience as an MCC member.
• Experienced in Airbus A320 Family aircraft.
• Having general knowledge about EASA/SHY Part M/CAMO and Part 145
• Good knowledge of English and Turkish (in writing and speaking)
• Good knowledge of MS Office and  WINGS aviation computer system knowledge are prefered.
