• Very good knowledge of respective target groups and their product portfolio?
• Strong methodological skills in identifying user insights
• Proficient Marketing & Sales knowledge - ideally in Global Product Marketing?
• Deep product knowledge?
• Practical experience in UX & design thinking methods?

• Proficient Entrepreneurial thinking and acting?

Qualifications

• Gathers deep knowledge about regional product requirements for specific trades & volume segments?
• Defines portfolio need for specific trade / volume segment for the region?
• Contributes to successful and efficient implementation of projects in global product management?
• Actively contributes to the business success for the respective trades & volume segments in a region
• Identifies user, dealer, sales & competitor insights for the respective trades & volume segments in a region and translates this into product demand?
• Ensures methodological excellence when generating user & market insights?
• Provides reliable volume forecasts for new products to the BU?
• Contributes to the global product management team with regional insights across the development process?
• Supports the global product management team in the go-to-market phase within PIF?
• Monitors the regional business situation (market shares, competitor activities, etc.)
