QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a full time

“Key Account Manager”

to join our dynamic and growing team.

Experience:

  • University degree from Business Administration, Economics or related fields
  • Min. 7 years of job experience on sales preferably in FMCG modern channel management

What will you do:

  • Drive monthly and annual sales targets for responsible accounts and categories, developing strategies to optimize sales revenue within allocated budgets and delivery of net sales targets, budgets, and other relevant metrics by customer
  • Responsible for ensuring the preparation of (by customer) a joint business plan that ensures the delivery of brand, category, and customer objectives in conjunction with the sales and marketing team
  • Accurately forecast sales levels and manage inventory to meet demand. Collaborate closely with relevant business units to promptly address any order or delivery issues
  • Identify and report growth opportunities by conducting market, customer, competition and shelf analyzes through planned store visits and leading and supervising in-store activities to ensure optimal product visibility and availability. Evaluate the effectiveness of promotional initiatives and develop strategies to enhance promotional efficiency
  • Monitor the finance status /payment schedule of the customers under his/her responsibility, receiving payments and reconciling them with the accounting department,
  • Negotiate yearly agreements with each customer to reach the targeted sales agreements in terms of amount and counterparts.
  • Conduct a regular review with constructive feedback for business growth.
  • Closely work with other Key Account Managers, Sales Teams and other counterparts in different departments
  • Prepare a presentation for designated channel to be presented to the management team which include market trends, new technologies, competitor activities, product performance indicators, sales achievements, activity update and close out reports, distribution achievements, visibility updates and future activity plan for key accounts.

Preferred Candidate

7 - 12 years of experience
Bachelor’s(Graduate), Master’s(Student), Master’s(Graduate)
Completed
English(Reading : Advanced, Writing : Advanced, Speaking : Advanced)
