We are looking for a "Legal Compliance Specialist" for Dikey Vitamin's own vitamin and sports nutrition brands such as Nature's Supreme, King Size, One-Up to be based in Maslak/ Istanbul.

Qualifications

• The successful candidate will be a graduate of a law faculty and have at least 4 years of experience in E-Commerce Law, Corporate Law, and Contract Drafting.
• The ideal candidate will have participated in compliance projects related to Personal Data Protection and Competition Law and be proficient in English.
• They should be solution-oriented, cooperative, proactive, and possess strong communication skills. A passion for following and researching legislation is a must.

Responsibilities:

• Ensuring the tracking, coordination, and management of contracts between group companies and stakeholders 
• Ensuring compliance with legal requirements in sector-specific (sports nutrition,food and supplements) processes.
• Working on compliance processes within the framework of E-commerce, Personal Data Protection, and Competition Law.
• Keeping up with legal regulations.
• Ensuring that all transactions and processes are conducted within the framework of relevant laws and regulations.
