QUALIFICATIONS

• University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or similar departments.
• Min 2+ years’ experience in a financial reporting and analysis in a multinational company
• Basic knowledge in IFRS and General Accounting Principles with governmental and tax regulations
• Professional knowledge of MS Office Programs
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Able to maintain confidentiality
• Must prossess strong work ethic and professional, positive attitude
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong analytical thinking and solution-orientated approach
• Able to communicate in cross functional departments Strong interpersonal skill set particularly in cross cultural environment
• Ability to work under strict deadlines
• Prefably experience in HFM and IBM Planning Reporting tools.
• Prefably experienced in Production sector
• Able to travel in EU for departmental trainings, workshops or regional meetings when needed

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Active involvement in month-end closing activities and reporting
• Active taking part in monthly forecast and annual budget process using groups reporting system (Hyperion).
• Preparing reports and analysis requested by Group or local management.
• Performing variance analysis of financial statements, actual-forecast-budget comparisons.
• Understanding policies & procedures of the Group and being able to communicate with internal teams.
• Assist management to develop and maintain internal control procedures
• Role model for company values and ethics.
• Operate in compliance with Group Instructions, Standards, Procedures and Policies.
• Involvement in activities related to general accounting, taxation and able to work with external/internal auditors for such process.
• Co-operate with Sales, Accounting, Treasury, Capex and other departments when needed.
