Sales & Aftersales Engineer Job Description (Satış Destek & Satış Sonrası Mühendisi Görev Tanımı)

We’re looking for a skilled engineer (preferably mechanical engineer) to join our organization. We pride ourselves in offering the optimum solutions in manure & slurry management, organic recycling and biogas applications. While acting as mentors to our sales representatives, our sales support & aftersales engineers will be responsible for providing application solutions to our customers. Project management, product knowledge and aftersales support will also be an essential part of the job.

Responsibilities (Sorumluluklar)

·        Communicating with existing and potential customers, understanding their needs, troubleshooting and providing solutions

·        Supervise installations, train end-users and dealers

·        Provide technical support to dealers and to end-users

·        Following the conversations and agreements made in the process of sales; managing documentation; planning and attending to customer meetings

·        Participating in scheduled department meetings to report progress of ongoing projects, preparing and giving design presentations,

·        Supporting sales representatives in technical applications

·        Partnering with sales executives to plan, prepare and execute on strategic deals in complex sales cycles

·        Preparing application projects for dealers and end-users and/or providing technical support for their projects

·        Effectively communicating client needs to the R&D teams for future product enhancements

·        Collecting and documenting competitive intelligence

·        Creating and delivering powerful presentations to demonstrate uniqueness of the proposition

·        Attending exhibitions to represent the company and to follow global trends

Minimum Qualifications (Yetenek ve Gereklilikler)

·        Bachelor’s degree in engineering (preferably in mechanical, environmental, industrial eng.)

·        Good command of English and Turkish

·        Working knowledge of Autocad and Inventor

·        Ability to read and interpret technical drawings

·        Excellent written and verbal communication skills

·        Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills

·        Residency in / willingness to move to Aydin province

·        Class B driving license and ability to drive

·        No restriction to travel internationally

·        No military obligation

Preferred Qualifications (Tercih Edilen Yeterlilikler)

·        Proven work experience as a Sales, Product and/or Aftersales Engineer

·        Additional active spoken language such as German, Russian, Chinese and Spanish
