Job Responsibilities:

•       Manages, organizes and implements purchasing activities for production materials.

•       Supplying technical materials (machinery, spare parts, IT, construction, production consumables and equipment) in the most cost-effective and timely manner at Festo quality standards,

•       Researching and finding equivalent products and alternative suppliers by conducting market research, checking whether the demand complies with the desired specifications and presenting it to internal customers for approval.

•       producing optimum solutions, Managing invoice approval and payment processes for supplied materials,

•        Making and interpreting all analyzes and reports within the scope of purchasing processes and preparing action plans.

•       Establishing, developing, and evaluating the supplier portfolio within the scope of supplier management

•       Preparing and implementing tenders and arranging supplier contracts.

•        Effective stock management in line with financial targets.

•       Ensuring healthy information sharing, cooperation and coordination between customers, processes, and suppliers.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or economics, preferably with a focus on Material Group related engineering departments.

• Professional experience of minimum 3 years in the field of production purchasing department

• Professional experience in production company will be considered as a strong advantage

• Excellent computer literacy - MS Office

• Experience with SAP will be considered as an advantage

• Written and spoken proficiency in English

• Well developed stress management skills as well as time and priorities management skills

• Team-player able to drive initiatives and actions independently

• Solution-oriented approach
