We are looking for a self motivated “Project Manager” to work for our leading client projects in the automotive industry,

• BS degree in a technical Engineering,
• Fluency in English, 
• Experience in similar positions with team management in automotive industry,
• Strong problem solving leadership and analytical thinking,
• Technical knowledge for product development, experience in processes (ie. plastic injection) will be highly appreciated,
• Project management trainings and financial fundamentals are nice to have.

Job Description

• Team development with strong interpersonal skills, to motivate and lead cross functional project team
• Convey constructive challenge to improve company by developing safe, recyclable and quality products
• Build and lead strong communication and relationship with clients and internal departments
• Manage projects ensuring the achievement of targets defined for profit, costs, investments, quality and timing by following company project management standards.
• Coordinate the project team work, distributing activities appropriately and supporting  them to achieve the results on time
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks, reporting and on time escalation to management
