A Customer Account Manager plays a crucial role in maintaining and expanding relationships with an organization's existing customers. They are responsible for managing a portfolio of accounts and serving as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters.

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, or relevant field
• Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, or relevant role
• Demonstrable ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
• Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
• Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Strong German verbal and written communication skills
• Availability to travel as needed

• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with accounts
• Act as the main point of contact for any and all matters specific to customers
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
• Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
• Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
• Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
• Prepare reports on account status
• Collaborate with accounting team to identify and grow opportunities within territory
