Intertoll Turkey İşletme ve Bakım A.Ş. – İstanbul, 1915 Çanakkale Bridge and Motorway. 

Intertoll is an independent toll and motorway infrastructure developer and operator, with its head office in Budapest, Hungary.

We are looking for a Maintenance Manager who is going to take role in the Operation & Maintenance (O&M). The aim of the position is to ensure the contentment of the motorway users on high level. 

The main responsibilities are:

-  Dispatch and management of all maintenance department workers (direct reporting staff: administrator, foreman, mechanic, workers),

-  To have a good command of operational team management, to complete operational crisis management in the most accurate way,

-  To organize traffic management follow-up and routine programs day by day to organize repair activities to minimize traffic,

- To assign teams for the management and distribution of teams' equipment deficiencies,

-  To establish a system for monitoring and management of all operational preventive activities,

-  To provide roadside traffic management service and find resources to clean up after an incident,

-  To establish a cleaning management system that the road crew will coordinate by ensuring that all precautions are taken,  

-   To participate in all kinds of training provided to meet position requirements,

-   To assist with the design and supply of Company maintenance tools,

-   To manage motorway maintenance department to the standards and levels of service ensuring meeting the requirements of the O&M Contract and associate contracts and agreements,

-   Preparation, realisation and updating of the weekly, monthly, and annual maintenance schedules,

-   To assist in the recruitment of competent staff to perform the motorway maintenance obligations,

-  To ensure appropriate response to fault rectification, in accordance with prescribed service levels, and report thereon,

-  To manage all the weekly activities of the maintenance and inspection teams and roster staff accordingly,

-    To coordinate out-of-hours calls,

-  While acting as a duty manager, applying preventive and therapeutic measures for winter maintenance outside of normal business hours,

-  To make routine checks of asphalt and abrasion layers and to repair the defects determined by the controls,

-  To be responsible for the implementation of appropriate preventive and remedial winter maintenance activities,

-   To be responsible for the landscape and summer maintenances,

-   To act with the maintenance subcontractors to ensure that contractual obligations are met, oversee the subcontracted tasks,

Also, he/she would have following qualifications; 

-  Three-years’ experience in supervision of site staff in the relevant fields (transportation or building facility projects),

-  Computer literate within the scope of MS Office system ,
