Your Responsibilities as a Senior E-Commerce Specialist at Karaca:


  • Manage operations to achieve designated sales targets for products in line with company goals and market conditions.
  • Conduct product classification, pricing, and margin studies.
  • Perform stock management and reporting on a product and category basis.
  • Report and contribute to product development based on customer product reviews and feedback.
  • Monitor inter-store transfer processes between online/offline depots.
  • Determine actions to be taken based on sales velocity per product.
  • Ensure post-sales customer satisfaction by tracking customer orders, procurement, and stock status via the system.
  • Engage in sales-enhancing activities on the web and plan campaigns accordingly.
  • Participate in all web development projects (efficiency, sales, processes, content improvement, etc.).
  • Manage all campaign and operational processes on the web.
  • Proficient in Excel and capable of conducting reporting.


Expected Criteria


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, or related fields,
  • At least 4 years of experience in e-commerce web management,
  • Proficient in tracking trends and sectoral developments,
  • Active usage of Microsoft Office programs,
  • Advanced level of English proficiency,
  • Open to development, proactive, with strong analytical skills,
  • Strong communication skills, team-oriented,
  • Completed military service for male candidates.
