QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Export Area Sales Specialists

We are looking for Export Area Sales Specialists to work in our company. We operate in the lubricants export sector, offering an assortment of upwards of 130 products, 500 varieties of packaging, in production with a number of brands. 

* Candidates who are business, economics, or engineering graduates,

* Particularly experienced in Eastern Europe / Western Europe / African / Russian/ Turkic Republics markets and prevalent in the designated region

* Preferably with at least two years of experience in export management in either lubricants industry or filter, auto spare parts, automotive sectors,

* Solution-oriented with strong analytical skills, 

* Highly motivated in sales with impressive communication skills,

* Able to work cooperatively in a team with management experience,

* Competent in financial concepts and reading financial reports,

* With no restrictions on traveling abroad or driving,

* Good knowledge of MS Office applications,

* With an advanced level of English and knowledge of Russian (if for Russia or Turkic Republics)

* Residing in Istanbul.

Candidates who will manage export processes, increase the volume and efficiency in our existing export portfolio, and create new distributor dealerships in countries of interest,

* Represent the company in the relevant export region, manage distributor relations and export processes,

* Manage the sales process in coordination with country distributors in the relevant region to achieve the sales targets determined in line with the company sales and marketing policies,

* Contribute to the formation of sales policies pursuant to sector and competitor analyses,

* Utilise relevant motivation tools for country distributor sales teams in achieving their sales targets in the relevant region,

* Ensure that distributor sales teams participate in relevant shadowing training programs for their professional development,

* Facilitate the fulfilment of the country distributors’ financial obligations in the relevant region.
