·        Bachelors degree in Engineering, preferably Industrial Engineering,

·        Minimum 2 years of direct experience in logistics field, freberaly in automotive industry,

·        Experience in production logistics optimization systems,

·        Excellent verbal and written communication skills both in English,

·        Experience and Proficiency on ERP Applications (SAP Proficiency will be an asset),

·        Competence on Import, Export and Customs Applications,

·        Very good organizational, analytical and interpersonal skills, ability to handle the pressure,

·        Strong communication and presentation skills for customer, supplier and internal organization,

·        Understanding of project management (experience preferred),

·        Should be eager to learn, flexible, open-minded and team-work oriented,

·        Higher degree in Supply Chain is preferred,

·        Knowledge of the risk analysis approaches,

·        Having a valid driving licence and no obstacles for travelling,

·        No military obligation for male candidates,

·        Living in or willing to relocate to Aksaray.

JOB DESCRIPTION

·        Processing of customer call-offs and orders,

·        Preparing Logistics Development Plans and implementing them,

·        Organize milk-run transports between suppliers and Magna,

·        Procure the packaging materials on time,

·        Communicate effectively with suppliers, providers and team mates,

·        Coordinate all transportation activities,

·        Manage customs clearance operation when it is required,

·        Managing material inventory at optimum stock levels,

·        Ensure shipments’ and inventory transactions’ accuracy,

·        Measure and report the effectiveness of warehousing activities and employees performance,

·        Optimizing stock of finished goods/work in process/raw materials,

·        Evaluate suppliers and logistics service provider performance,

·        Representing the company towards customer in deliveries topics,

·        Contact with the customer when it is required,

·        Fulfill the requirements of the IATF16949:2016 related to his/her fields,

·        Follow up targets and KPIs, evaluate these targets,

·        Confer and coordinate activities with other departments.
