Qualifications:

• Graduated from the Mechanical, Mechatronics or Automotive Engineering departments of universities,
• At least 3 years of experience in the automotive industry,
• Preferably able to use Catia (v5,v6), Solidworks programs,
• Preferably experienced in Geometric positioning and 3D measurement,
• Knows English at an advanced level and can speak it fluently,
• Able to use MS Office programs well,
• Having technical problem solving competence and analytical thinking ability,
• Prone to team work, strong communication skills, creative and able to take initiative,
• Proactive, open to continuous learning, result-oriented,
• Living or eligible to reside in Bursa province.

Job Description:

• Managing the purchase of devices/apparatus/fixtures in new product commissioning and mass production processes, coordinating and reporting the process with suppliers,
• Implementing, maintaining and monitoring the performance of the ISO/IEC 17025:2017 laboratory management system; prevent deviations and initiate corrective actions,
• Ensuring that the laboratory operates in accordance with customer and other requirements,
• Identifying deviations from procedures and initiating preventive actions,
• Following changes in TÜRKAK, standards and customer specifications and taking action,
• Making measurement uncertainty calculations in tests and analyzing the results,
• Coordinating company meetings during test fixture procurement processes, evaluating offers and managing the design approval process,
• Evaluating and carrying out external customer test requests and transmitting customer satisfaction surveys.
