Maxx Royal Bodrum Resort, which is known for its wide vision and always open to development; is looking for ''LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT MANAGER'' who has the following qualifications.


ABOUT THE JOB

The Learning and Development Manager has the key role of employee engagement which starts from Onboarding process to creating the Career paths. The position directly reports to HR Director of the Hotel, functionally reports to the Group Training and Organizational Development Manager, and works collaboratively with the Department Heads.


 JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Working collaboratively with department heads to understand their and their team’s development needs to meet the requirements of the service standards and personal career targets.
  • Analyzing training needs and recommending activities to meet the requirements.
Creating cereer paths and structuring the development programs, regarding to the outputs of performance systems, hotel’s development plans, organizational needs and strategic growth targets.
  • Maintaining the Training programs and contents within Maxx Royal Resort’s SOP’s
  • Following-up the legal obligations,
  • Executing the Onboarding processes such as Orientation programs, Buddy systems, following up the Vocational trainings,
  • Maintaining training records by utilizing technology,
  • Preparing and submitting periodic training reports,
  • Organising the examination processes,
  • Support both Human Resources's and hotel's strategical goals.


QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree,
  • Minimum 5 years experience in Training and Learning Management or operational management within hospitality field,
  • Planning and organizational skills,
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills,
  • Presentation & training skills,
  • Guest and associate oriented,
  • Attention to details,
  • Pay attention to self and people development,
  • Minimum C1 grade English knowledge,
  • LHW and Forbes experience is a plus,
  • E-learning platform experience is a plus.
