Position: Arabic-Speaking Customer Representative

Location: Maslak, Istanbul
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday (Weekends Off)
Compensation: Salary and commissions paid in dollars

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with their financial inquiries and transactions

• Provide expert advice on the FX market

• Build and maintain strong client relationships

• Communicate effectively with Arabic-speaking clients

General Qualifications:

• Turkish citizenship

• Basic knowledge of the FX market

• Strong communication skills

• Proficiency in Arabic (both written and spoken)

• At least intermediate level in English

• Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
