GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for a colleague to work in the position of " Mid Level Backend Developer" at our software company.

Bachelor’s degree in software engineering or a related field.

Between 2-5 years of experience in back-end development.

In-depth knowledge of back-end development methodologies, tools, and programming languages.

Minimum B2 level of proficiency in English,

Flexibility about business trips.

Job Description:

• Developing the codes written on the server side of the company's software development activities for business purposes and in a secure manner (This includes activities such as writing code in this area, creating procedures that will interact remotely with client or third-party services, and ensuring that they remain functional, etc.)

• Creating databases that store and manage data in the company's software activities and maintaining them for business purposes.

• The software products and services offered by the Company to its customers or third-party services for interaction purposes are designed in an easy-to-understand and efficient manner by the business purposes communicated to them.

• Within the scope of the company's software development activities, writing code that is sustainable, understandable by teammates, efficient, and by global software development standards and ensuring that this code is well documented.

• Collaborating with front-end developers to ensure that server-side code integrates seamlessly with client-side code.

• Optimizing the performance of the company's software products and services to ensure they are fast and compatible with mobile devices.

• Auditing and testing code written by self or teammates to identify and fix problems.

• The use of technologies necessary to ensure that the software products or services offered by the Company to its customers communicate with third-party services, if necessary, by business purposes.

• Being informedup-to-date about the latest technologies and best practices by being aware of software development trends in the sector and contributing to the realization of these practices by informing teammates on these issues when necessary.

• Processing of data used within the scope of the company's software development activities by the company's security and privacy policies.

• Writing code by the standards notified to them by the company security policies in the development of software products or services offered by the company to its customers. 

• Updating the libraries used in the company's software development activities by the support publisher before the end of the support period. 

• Establishing intra-team information-sharing resources, using written, visual, or audio media tools when necessary, to ensure the sustainability of the codes.
