GENEL NİTELİKLER VE İŞ TANIMI
TCI, the subsidiary of Turkish Airlines, was established in 2010. The headquarters and manufacturing sites are located in Europe’s largest MRO Center, next to Sabiha Gokcen International Airport in Istanbul, Türkiye.
TCI currently design and manufacture aircraft cabin interior products such as galley, seat, lavatory, trolley, IFE systems, provide retrofitting and repairing services for Boeing, Airbus and world’s leading airlines.

Qualifications
- Hold a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Economics, or Business Administration,
- Have at least 3 years of relevant work experience,
- Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint,
- Capable of accurately interpreting legal, technical, and financial documents,
- Experienced in process management and analysis to optimize workflows,
- Strong team player with excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving,
- Efficient in managing archives and maintaining precise records,
- Fluent in English (proficiency in other languages is a plus),
- Completion of military service (for male candidates)
Job Description
- Identify the needs and expectations of contract parties to improve contract processes,
- Prepare procurement contracts in accordance with TCI procedures,
- Review third-party contracts and follow up on feedback received from suppliers in coordination with the relevant stakeholders and requesting procurement specialist,
- Ensure coordination with suppliers, the TCI Legal department, and project stakeholders throughout the procurement contract signing process, and maintain follow-up until the process completion,
- Manage and control critical aspects during the contract duration, including reporting, contract renewal, contract termination, and handling guarantee letters,
- Provide consultancy to project management and relevant technical units during contract negotiations and participate in key meetings with contractors,
- Monitor the approval and signing processes of procurement contracts, ensure proper entry into digital and physical archive systems, and maintain smooth process flow,
- Interpret contract provisions in specific situations, conduct situation assessments, and facilitate the resolution of disputes or negotiate and implement penalties when necessary,
- Verify and prepare required documents for contract annexes, such as procedures, quality certificates, signature circulars, and the Trade Registry Gazette,
- Draft template contracts appropriately for different procurement categories,
- Oversee the control and management of insurance and guarantee letter clauses,
- Adhere to and implement all procedures and instructions published within the company.
